Shirley mam started this wonderful day with
Corporate dressing and grooming.
• What are all the formals have to wear in the interview and company?
• What are all the casuals have to wear,when they allowed casuals in company?
# Activity-1 (Summit)
There were 2 teams,one is Boys & another is girls.
She drawn a line,we have to stand within that line and have to draw a line as much as we can!

This is the way we have drawn the line.What we have learned is
How to play as a team player?
How to effectively develop new and innovative ideas with discussing among the team mates?
What we have done is every time we try to beat another team,and draw over that line?
This have to be evaded.
Then she talked about the Telephone etiquette and played a activity.
# Activity-2 (Man to the Moon)
There is a asteroid coming towards the earth and earth will be destroyed within 6 hours.
A high level meeting happened there about how to restore the human life back.
As a result of that meeting,they planned to go moon,so they built a rocket with the capacity of 8 members with the luggage.
They selected the 8 crew members consist of
Doctor,Electrical engineer,Mechanical engineer,An Army officer,pilot,Professor,Scientist,Water resource manager.Some of them are multi talented.
But again there is a problem.Due to some technical faults that rocket can carry only 6 persons.
This is the situation there,she divide us into 8 teams and give the responsibilities of each person to each team.
What we have to do is,we have to choose a leader,who would fought for us & argue for us to get into that rocket.
As we were choose Neha as team leader and starts the conversation.After some time Dinesh was done that job.
All the teams leaders were discuss,argue & it would be the arm fight,if some more time allow them to speak continuous.
Finally they express their views and messages.
Mam asked each one of them about their opinion that,whom to leave?
Professor got the max no of rejection votes as 5 and water resource manager got 4.We thought that those 6 guys will be the
crew members.Will they make it.
No,finally Shirley mam told that,professor was the leader of the 6 member team and he will be going to select those 6 guys.
All of them were shocked and the mouth open.They are expecting the reply from the leader Boopathi.
He discussed with his team mates and finally came to the result of eliminate the Mechanical engineering guy and Army officer(Our Team).
Then finally she asked about the feeling from the team leaders.
Some of them were
• Happy because they were in.
• Disappointed
• Frustrated
• Pleasure
• Some one feeling Lucky because they don’t want to go and want hurt.
Above situation was same like the corporate world.There is also some hurts and pleasures.We have to handle that and come over.
All the best guys.
Then Shirley mam told some tips about group discussion and finished that day with lots of experiences.
